Creamy Cajun Shrimp Ravioli
Ingredients
- 113 oz Cheese ravioli(369g)
- 212 Shrimp(180g)
- 32 teaspoon Cajun seasoning(6g)
- 41 teaspoon Italian seasoning(2g)
- 51 teaspoon Salmon rub seasoning blend(2g)
- 62 tablespoon Oil(28g)
- 71 tablespoon Minced garlic(9g)
- 82 cup Baby spinach(60g)
- 92 cup Heavy cream(480g)
- 100.25 cup Mozzarella cheese(28g)
Instructions
- 1Clean and season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, and salmon rub seasoning blend.
- 2Add oil to a pan and cook the shrimp on both sides for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove shrimp from the pan.
- 3Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
- 4Add baby spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
- 5Mix and add 2 cups of heavy cream to the pan.
- 6Season the sauce with Cajun and Italian seasoning.
- 7Add 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
- 8Boil the cheese ravioli according to package directions, then drain.
- 9Add the cooked ravioli to the sauce and fold to coat.
- 10Add the cooked shrimp back into the pan and mix gently.
- 11Serve hot and enjoy!
