Instructions
- 1Place the flour on a clean surface and make a well in the center.
- 2Crack the eggs into the well and add the salt.
- 3Using a fork, gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough forms.
- 4Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 5Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 6Roll out the dough using a rolling pin or a broomstick to desired thickness.
- 7Cut the dough into desired pasta shapes.
- 8Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 2-4 minutes until al dente.
- 9Drain and serve with your favorite sauce.
