Ingredients

  • 12 cup all-purpose flour(250g)
  • 23 eggs(150g)
  • 30.5 teaspoon salt(3g)

Instructions

  1. 1Place the flour on a clean surface and make a well in the center.
  2. 2Crack the eggs into the well and add the salt.
  3. 3Using a fork, gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough forms.
  4. 4Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. 6Roll out the dough using a rolling pin or a broomstick to desired thickness.
  7. 7Cut the dough into desired pasta shapes.
  8. 8Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 2-4 minutes until al dente.
  9. 9Drain and serve with your favorite sauce.
