Probiotic Mango Lassi Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 11 cup probiotic mango lassi base(250g)
- 24 tablespoon chia seeds(48g)
- 310 g dark chocolate(10g)
- 41 kiwi(75g)
- 51 tablespoon pistachios(10g)
- 62 tablespoon yogurt with live cultures(30g)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, combine 1 cup (250ml) probiotic mango lassi base and 3-4 tablespoons chia seeds.
- 2Stir well to ensure chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- 3Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for 2–4 hours or overnight until thick and spoonable.
- 4When ready to serve, top the chia pudding with dark chocolate, sliced kiwi, pistachios, and a dollop of yogurt with live cultures.
- 5Enjoy chilled.
