  • 41 kiwi(75g)
  • 51 tablespoon pistachios(10g)
  • 62 tablespoon yogurt with live cultures(30g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine 1 cup (250ml) probiotic mango lassi base and 3-4 tablespoons chia seeds.
  2. 2Stir well to ensure chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. 3Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for 2–4 hours or overnight until thick and spoonable.
