5-Minute Chili-Glazed Chicken

- 12 chicken breasts(400g)
- 21 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 30.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 41 tablespoon butter(14g)
- 50.25 cup sweet chili sauce(60g)
- 62 tablespoon soy sauce(30g)
- 71 tablespoon lime juice(15g)
- 82 clove garlic, fresh chopped(6g)
- 91 teaspoon chili flakes(2g)
- 102 tablespoon fresh cilantro(8g)
Instructions
- 1Score the chicken breasts to help them cook faster and more evenly.
- 2Season chicken generously with salt and pepper.
- 3Heat butter in a hot cast-iron skillet.
- 4Sear chicken breasts for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- 5Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, chopped garlic, and chili flakes in a bowl.
- 6Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet.
- 7Let it simmer for a couple of minutes until the sauce is sticky and reduced.
- 8Finish with fresh cilantro and serve.
