Ingredients

  • 1500 g mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels, etc.)(500g)
  • 21 onion(100g)
  • 31 bell pepper(120g)
  • 43 garlic cloves(15g)
  • 50.5 cup tomato sauce(120g)
  • 61 cup coconut milk(240g)
  • 72 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
  • 81 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 90.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 102 tablespoon fresh cilantro(8g)

Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. 3Stir in the tomato sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. 4Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
