Dominican Seafood Casserole
Ingredients
- 1500 g mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels, etc.)(500g)
- 21 onion(100g)
- 31 bell pepper(120g)
- 43 garlic cloves(15g)
- 50.5 cup tomato sauce(120g)
- 61 cup coconut milk(240g)
- 72 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
- 81 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 90.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 102 tablespoon fresh cilantro(8g)
Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- 2Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
- 3Stir in the tomato sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
- 4Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- 5Add the mixed seafood, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- 6Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, until the seafood is cooked through.
- 7Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
