  • 100.5 cup pizza sauce(125g)
  • 110.5 cup mini pepperoni(50g)
  • 121 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, dried oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, kosher salt, grated Parmesan cheese, and 1.5 cups of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. 3Spread the mixture into a greased small cast iron skillet or baking dish.
  4. 4Spoon the pizza sauce over the top and gently spread it evenly.
  5. 5Sprinkle with the remaining 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese, then top with mini pepperoni.
  6. 6Bake for 18–22 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra browning if desired.
  7. 7Remove from oven and top with extra Parmesan cheese, a drizzle of olive oil, flaky sea salt, and torn fresh basil.
  8. 8For the garlic butter baguette slices: Mix softened butter with minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and parsley if using.
  9. 9Spread the garlic butter on both sides of each baguette slice.
  10. 10Pan-fry the baguette slices in batches over medium heat until golden and crisp on both sides.
  11. 11Serve the warm pepperoni pizza dip with the garlic butter baguette slices.
