Turkish-Kazakh Fusion Dish
Ingredients
- 12 piece Chicken breast(300g)
- 21 piece Onion(100g)
- 32 piece Tomato(240g)
- 42 tablespoon Sunflower oil(28g)
- 51 teaspoon Salt(5g)
- 60.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 71 cup Rice(180g)
- 82 cup Water(480g)
Instructions
- 1Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- 2Chop the onion and tomatoes.
- 3Heat sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 4Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- 5Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- 6Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- 7Add the rice and mix with the chicken and vegetables.
- 8Pour in the water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- 9Cover and simmer until the rice is cooked and water is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
- 10Fluff the rice and serve hot.
