Ingredients

  • 11 kg Chicken pieces(1000g)
  • 22 cup Buttermilk(480g)
  • 32 cup Flour(250g)
  • 41 teaspoon Paprika(2g)
  • 51 teaspoon Garlic powder(3g)
  • 61 teaspoon Salt(6g)
  • 71 teaspoon Black pepper(2g)
  • 81000 ml Oil(920g)

Instructions

  1. 1Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for 2 to 4 hours.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat each piece in the flour mixture.
  4. 4Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 170–180°C.
  5. 5Fry chicken pieces for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6Drain on paper towels before serving.
