Ingredients
- 11 kg Chicken pieces(1000g)
- 22 cup Buttermilk(480g)
- 32 cup Flour(250g)
- 41 teaspoon Paprika(2g)
- 51 teaspoon Garlic powder(3g)
- 61 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 71 teaspoon Black pepper(2g)
- 81000 ml Oil(920g)
Instructions
- 1Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for 2 to 4 hours.
- 2In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 3Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat each piece in the flour mixture.
- 4Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 170–180°C.
- 5Fry chicken pieces for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6Drain on paper towels before serving.
