- 50.25 teaspoon paprika(0.5g)
- 62.5 tablespoon ice-cold water(37g)
Instructions
- 1Pulse cheese, butter, flour, salt, and paprika in a food processor.
- 2Add ice-cold water until dough forms. Chill for 20-30 minutes.
- 3Roll dough thin, cut into squares, and poke holes in each.
- 4Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-17 minutes until golden and crispy.
