Ingredients
- 11 cup Cherry Pie Filling(250g)
- 21 sheet Puff Pastry(250g)
- 31 Egg (beaten)(50g)
- 42 tablespoon Sugar(25g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Cut puff pastry into 4 squares.
- 3Add 1-2 tablespoons of cherry pie filling to each square.
- 4Fold the squares into triangles and crimp the edges with a fork.
- 5Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
- 6Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- 7Let cool and enjoy.
