Ingredients

  • 11 cup Cherry Pie Filling(250g)
  • 21 sheet Puff Pastry(250g)
  • 31 Egg (beaten)(50g)
  • 42 tablespoon Sugar(25g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Cut puff pastry into 4 squares.
  3. 3Add 1-2 tablespoons of cherry pie filling to each square.
  4. 4Fold the squares into triangles and crimp the edges with a fork.
  5. 5Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. 6Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. 7Let cool and enjoy.
