- 12 cup all-purpose flour(250g)
- 20.5 cup unsalted butter(113g)
- 31 cup granulated sugar(200g)
- 43 large eggs(150g)
- 51 cup mini marshmallows(50g)
- 61 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips(170g)
- 71 cup brown sugar(220g)
- 81 teaspoon vanilla extract(4g)
- 91 teaspoon baking powder(4g)
- 100.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- 2In a bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- 3Add 2 eggs (reserve 1 egg white for meringue) and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- 4In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 5Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- 6Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- 7Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the dough.
- 8In a clean bowl, beat the reserved egg white until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the brown sugar to make a meringue.
- 9Spread the brown sugar meringue over the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- 10Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
- 11Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
