Creamy Spicy Peanut Noodles
Ingredients
- 13 tablespoon peanut butter(48g)
- 21.5 tablespoon soy sauce(23g)
- 31 tablespoon dark soy sauce(15g)
- 41 tablespoon chili oil(14g)
- 51 tablespoon vinegar(15g)
- 62 tablespoon water(30g)
- 7200 g pasta (noodles)(200g)
- 81 green onion(15g)
- 91 teaspoon sesame seeds(3g)
- 101 teaspoon chili crisp(5g)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chili oil, vinegar, and water until smooth.
- 2Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- 3Add a splash of reserved pasta water to the sauce to loosen it.
- 4Toss the cooked noodles in the sauce until glossy and well coated.
- 5Serve in bowls and top with sliced green onion, sesame seeds, and chili crisp.
