Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chili oil, vinegar, and water until smooth.
  2. 2Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  3. 3Add a splash of reserved pasta water to the sauce to loosen it.
  4. 4Toss the cooked noodles in the sauce until glossy and well coated.
