Ingredients

  • 13 ripe banana(360g)
  • 22 egg(100g)
  • 3150 g oats (blended to flour)(150g)
  • 42 tablespoon Greek yogurt(30g)
  • 51 teaspoon cinnamon(3g)
  • 61 teaspoon baking powder(5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. 2Blend the ripe bananas, eggs, oats (blended to flour), Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and baking powder together until smooth.
  3. 3Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4Optionally, place a sliced banana on top for decoration.
  5. 5Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
