- 13 ripe banana(360g)
- 22 egg(100g)
- 3150 g oats (blended to flour)(150g)
- 42 tablespoon Greek yogurt(30g)
- 51 teaspoon cinnamon(3g)
- 61 teaspoon baking powder(5g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
- 2Blend the ripe bananas, eggs, oats (blended to flour), Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and baking powder together until smooth.
- 3Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
- 4Optionally, place a sliced banana on top for decoration.
- 5Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 6Let cool before slicing and serving.
