- 11 kg chicken wings(1000g)
- 20.5 cup BBQ sauce(120g)
- 31 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 40.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 51 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
- 61 teaspoon paprika(2g)
- 71 tablespoon olive oil(13g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- 3In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- 4Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- 6Remove from the oven and toss the wings with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- 7Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- 8Serve hot.
