Ingredients

  • 11 kg chicken wings(1000g)
  • 20.5 cup BBQ sauce(120g)
  • 31 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 51 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
  • 61 teaspoon paprika(2g)
  • 71 tablespoon olive oil(13g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. 2Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. 3In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. 4Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. 6Remove from the oven and toss the wings with BBQ sauce until well coated.
