- 12 egg(100g)
- 25 g unsweetened cocoa powder(5g)
- 35 g sweetener(5g)
- 415 g coconut flour(15g)
- 510 g dark chocolate 85%(10g)
- 65 g clarified butter(5g)
Instructions
- 1Blend the eggs with the unsweetened cocoa powder and sweetener until smooth.
- 2Add the coconut flour and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- 3Heat a pan with a little clarified butter.
- 4Pour the mixture into the pan and cook over medium heat until the base is set but the top is still slightly soft.
- 5Add the chopped dark chocolate, fold the frittata, and let the chocolate melt to create a creamy filling.
- 6Serve warm.
