Ingredients

  • 12 egg(100g)
  • 25 g unsweetened cocoa powder(5g)
  • 35 g sweetener(5g)
  • 415 g coconut flour(15g)
  • 510 g dark chocolate 85%(10g)
  • 65 g clarified butter(5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Blend the eggs with the unsweetened cocoa powder and sweetener until smooth.
  2. 2Add the coconut flour and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  3. 3Heat a pan with a little clarified butter.
  4. 4Pour the mixture into the pan and cook over medium heat until the base is set but the top is still slightly soft.
  5. 5Add the chopped dark chocolate, fold the frittata, and let the chocolate melt to create a creamy filling.
