Ingredients

  • 1300 g pasta(300g)
  • 2200 g salmon fillet(200g)
  • 30.5 cup heavy cream(120g)
  • 41 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
  • 52 clove garlic(6g)
  • 60.25 cup parmesan cheese(25g)
  • 71 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 80.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 92 tablespoon fresh parsley(8g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. 4Add the salmon fillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and flake into pieces.
  5. 5Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. 6Stir in the parmesan cheese and cook until melted and the sauce thickens.
  7. 7Add the cooked pasta and flaked salmon to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
