Ingredients
- 1300 g pasta(300g)
- 2200 g salmon fillet(200g)
- 30.5 cup heavy cream(120g)
- 41 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
- 52 clove garlic(6g)
- 60.25 cup parmesan cheese(25g)
- 71 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 80.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 92 tablespoon fresh parsley(8g)
Instructions
- 1Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 3Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4Add the salmon fillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and flake into pieces.
- 5Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
- 6Stir in the parmesan cheese and cook until melted and the sauce thickens.
- 7Add the cooked pasta and flaked salmon to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
- 8Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
