  • 171 stalk Green onion(15g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix together minced pork, garlic chives, egg, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chicken powder, corn starch, and 1 tablespoon water to make the dumpling filling. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. 2Lay down a dumpling wrapper, add a small amount of filling to one side, and wet the edge with water.
  3. 3Fold the wrapper inwards, then gently pull from both ends to form noodle shapes. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
  4. 4Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the dumpling noodles for 4-5 minutes until they float.
  5. 5To make the sauce, add minced garlic, sesame seeds, chili crisp, sugar, and chicken powder to a bowl. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan until it starts to smoke, then pour the hot oil over the sauce ingredients and stir to combine.
  6. 6Strain the cooked noodles and add them to the sauce. Toss to mix well.
  7. 7Garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
