Ingredients
- 11 cup fruit of choice(150g)
- 22.5 tablespoon honey(53g)
- 31 tablespoon lemon juice(15g)
- 40.33 cup water(80g)
- 52 tablespoon unflavoured gelatin(18g)
Instructions
- 1In a saucepan over medium heat, add the fruit and water. Cook until the fruit softens.
- 2Mash the fruit thoroughly, using an immersion blender if available.
- 3Add honey and gelatin to the saucepan and whisk until dissolved.
- 4If using, add lemon juice and mix well.
- 5While the mixture is still hot, pour into silicone molds.
- 6Refrigerate for a few hours until set.
- 7For best texture, remove from molds after a couple of hours and leave uncovered in the fridge overnight.
