Curd and Yogurt Bread with Seeds
Ingredients
- 1250 g semi-fat curd cheese(250g)
- 2250 g Greek yogurt(250g)
- 33 egg(150g)
- 4150 g oat bran(150g)
- 5125 g rolled oats(125g)
- 650 g flaxseed(50g)
- 730 g sunflower seeds(30g)
- 850 g pumpkin seeds(50g)
- 930 g walnuts or pecans (optional)(30g)
- 100.75 teaspoon salt(4g)
- 1115 g baking powder(15g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat or convection).
- 2In a large bowl, mix the curd cheese, eggs, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- 3Add the oat bran, rolled oats, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts or pecans (if using), salt, and baking powder to the wet mixture.
- 4Mix everything together and knead lightly until combined.
- 5Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on baking paper or in a loaf pan.
- 6Bake for 50 minutes.
- 7Remove from the oven and let the bread cool completely before slicing and serving.
