- 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
- 31 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 40.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 52 clove Garlic(6g)
- 62 cup Cooked rice(340g)
Instructions
- 1Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- 2Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 3Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- 4Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
- 5Serve the chicken over cooked rice.
