Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1114 g unsalted butter(114g)
- 290 g white sugar(90g)
- 3100 g brown sugar(100g)
- 41 egg(50g)
- 51 teaspoon vanilla extract(5g)
- 6240 g wheat flour(240g)
- 740 g cornstarch(40g)
- 81 teaspoon baking soda(5g)
- 91 teaspoon salt(5g)
- 10120 g chocolate chips(120g)
Instructions
- 1Beat the butter with both sugars until creamy.
- 2Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- 3Incorporate the dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt) and then add the chocolate chips.
- 4Form small balls of dough.
- 5Freeze the dough or bake directly at 175°C (347°F) for 7–10 minutes.
