Ingredients

  • 16 clove garlic(18g)
  • 20.5 cup cornstarch(60g)
  • 31 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 44 chicken thighs(480g)
  • 53 tablespoon soy sauce(45g)
  • 62 tablespoon honey(42g)
  • 72 tablespoon water(30g)
  • 82 cup rice(370g)
  • 91 tablespoon sesame seeds(9g)
  • 100.5 cucumber(100g)

Instructions

  1. 1Finely mince the garlic.
  2. 2In a bowl, combine cornstarch and salt. Mix slightly.
  3. 3Add chicken thighs to the bowl and thoroughly coat on both sides with the cornstarch mixture.
  4. 4Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the coated chicken thighs and cook until crispy and golden brown on both sides. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  5. 5In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. 6Add soy sauce, honey, and water to the pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
  7. 7Dip the cooked chicken thighs into the sauce, coating both sides.
  8. 8Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  9. 9Serve the sliced chicken over a fresh bowl of rice.
