  • 65 grams Italian Seasoning(5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Brown the Meat: Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and ground meat until fully browned and crumbled.
  2. 2Simmer Sauce: Stir the tomato sauce and Italian seasonings into the meat, simmering on low for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to deepen.
  3. 3Mix Cheese Layer: In a separate bowl, whisk together the ricotta cheese, egg, half of the parmesan, and chopped spinach until smooth.
  4. 4Layer the Dish: Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in a baking dish, followed by a layer of noodles, the ricotta mixture, and a handful of shredded mozzarella.
  5. 5Repeat Layers: Continue layering noodles, cheese, and sauce until the dish is full, finishing with a generous layer of meat sauce and the remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
  6. 6Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 190°C for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. 7Garnish and Rest: Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes to set, then sprinkle with fresh parsley as shown in the photo before slicing and serving.
