Ingredients
- 11 cup chicken broth(240g)
- 24 cup shredded rotisserie chicken(560g)
- 310 oz Rotel tomatoes with chilies(284g)
- 41 cup sour cream(240g)
- 512 oz spaghetti pasta(340g)
- 62 cup shredded cheese(200g)
Instructions
- 1Cook the spaghetti pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2In a large skillet, combine chicken broth and Rotel tomatoes with chilies. Bring to a simmer.
- 3Add shredded rotisserie chicken and stir to combine.
- 4Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream until well blended.
- 5Add cooked spaghetti pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- 6Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and cover until the cheese is melted.
- 7Serve hot and enjoy.
