Ingredients

  • 11 cup chicken broth(240g)
  • 24 cup shredded rotisserie chicken(560g)
  • 310 oz Rotel tomatoes with chilies(284g)
  • 41 cup sour cream(240g)
  • 512 oz spaghetti pasta(340g)
  • 62 cup shredded cheese(200g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the spaghetti pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2In a large skillet, combine chicken broth and Rotel tomatoes with chilies. Bring to a simmer.
  3. 3Add shredded rotisserie chicken and stir to combine.
  4. 4Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream until well blended.
  5. 5Add cooked spaghetti pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
