- 91 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce(15g)

Instructions
- 1Slice the beef and sear it in a pan until golden.
- 2Remove the beef and sauté the onion in butter.
- 3Add the mushrooms and garlic cloves.
- 4Sprinkle in the flour, warm it up, then pour in the broth and cream.
- 5Add Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
- 6Return the beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 7Serve the dish with mashed potatoes.
