  • 21 onion(150g)
  • 32 tablespoon butter(28g)
  • 4300 g mushrooms(300g)
  • 53 garlic cloves(9g)
  • 61 tablespoon flour(8g)
  • 7250 ml broth(250g)
  • 8150 g cream(150g)
  • 91 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce(15g)

Instructions

  1. 1Slice the beef and sear it in a pan until golden.
  2. 2Remove the beef and sauté the onion in butter.
