Ingredients

  • 11.5 pound ground beef(680g)
  • 212 piece bacon (cooked and crumbled)(336g)
  • 31 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
  • 41 packet onion soup mix(28g)
  • 50.25 cup ketchup(60g)
  • 62 tablespoon mustard(30g)
  • 72 pound cheddar cheese (shredded)(908g)
  • 81 pound Velveeta cheese(454g)
  • 91.5 cup beef broth(360g)
  • 101 cup heavy cream(240g)
  • 118 ounce elbow macaroni (cooked)(227g)
  • 123 piece bacon (for topping, crumbled)(84g)

Instructions

  1. 1Add ground beef and cooked, crumbled bacon to the crockpot.
  2. 2Add garlic powder and onion soup mix.
  3. 3Add ketchup and mustard.
  4. 4Add shredded cheddar cheese and Velveeta cheese (cut into pieces).
  5. 5Add beef broth and heavy cream.
  6. 6Mix all ingredients together.
  7. 7Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
  8. 8Remove lid and add cooked elbow macaroni.
  9. 9Fold macaroni into the mixture.
  10. 10Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  11. 11Stir again and top with additional crumbled bacon.
