Instructions
- 1Mix egg yolks with rice, corn, carrot, hot dog, parsley, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- 2Cut chicken breasts into strips and mix with cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- 3Fry chicken in oil until golden.
- 4Add chicken to rice mixture.
- 5Add water to cover, cook over medium heat until water evaporates.
- 6Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
