- 15 Eggs(250g)
- 2200 g Sugar(200g)
- 3200 g Dark chocolate(200g)
- 450 g Unsweetened cocoa powder(50g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 175°C (347°F) in static mode.
- 2Line a cake pan with wet, well-squeezed parchment paper.
- 3Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is pale, fluffy, and triples in volume.
- 4Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- 5Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and continue beating until well combined.
- 6Add the unsweetened cocoa powder and mix until incorporated. Do not worry if some small lumps remain.
- 7Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- 8Bake for 35 minutes.
- 9Let the cake cool before serving. Optionally, serve with Greek yogurt and cinnamon.
