Ingredients

  • 15 Eggs(250g)
  • 2200 g Sugar(200g)
  • 3200 g Dark chocolate(200g)
  • 450 g Unsweetened cocoa powder(50g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 175°C (347°F) in static mode.
  2. 2Line a cake pan with wet, well-squeezed parchment paper.
  3. 3Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is pale, fluffy, and triples in volume.
  4. 4Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.
  5. 5Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and continue beating until well combined.
  6. 6Add the unsweetened cocoa powder and mix until incorporated. Do not worry if some small lumps remain.
  7. 7Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  8. 8Bake for 35 minutes.
  9. 9Let the cake cool before serving. Optionally, serve with Greek yogurt and cinnamon.
