French Onion Pork Chops with Apple Cranberry Stuffing
Ingredients
- 14 pork chops(800g)
- 20.5 cup French onion dip(120g)
- 31 bag French fried onions(100g)
- 42 tablespoon chives(6g)
- 52 tablespoon butter(28g)
- 60.75 cup apple sauce(190g)
- 70.25 cup dried cranberries(30g)
- 82 cup stuffing mix(120g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2Place pork chops in a baking pan so they are not overlapping.
- 3Spoon French onion dip onto each pork chop and spread evenly to cover.
- 4Top generously with French fried onions.
- 5Sprinkle chopped chives over the top.
- 6Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through.
- 7While pork chops are baking, melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
- 8Add apple sauce, dried cranberries, and stuffing mix to the pot. Stir to combine and heat through.
- 9Serve pork chops hot with a side of apple cranberry stuffing.
