Ingredients

  • 1500 g ground chicken(500g)
  • 22 tablespoon taco seasoning(16g)
  • 31 tablespoon butter(14g)
  • 44 tablespoon mayonnaise(60g)
  • 51 cup lettuce(35g)
  • 61 tomato(120g)
  • 72 tablespoon chives(6g)
  • 80.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 90.5 cup cheddar cheese(56g)
  • 101 cup nacho chips(60g)
  • 114 burger buns(240g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine ground chicken with taco seasoning and mix well.
  2. 2Form the chicken mixture into 4 burger patties.
  3. 3Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  4. 4Cook the chicken patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5Toast the burger buns lightly.
  6. 6Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
  7. 7Top with lettuce, a slice of tomato, and chopped chives.
  8. 8Place the cooked chicken patty on top of the vegetables.
  9. 9Season with a pinch of salt.
  10. 10Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the patty.
  11. 11Add a generous handful of nacho chips on top of the cheese.
  12. 12Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
