- 1500 g ground chicken(500g)
- 22 tablespoon taco seasoning(16g)
- 31 tablespoon butter(14g)
- 44 tablespoon mayonnaise(60g)
- 51 cup lettuce(35g)
- 61 tomato(120g)
- 72 tablespoon chives(6g)
- 80.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 90.5 cup cheddar cheese(56g)
- 101 cup nacho chips(60g)
- 114 burger buns(240g)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, combine ground chicken with taco seasoning and mix well.
- 2Form the chicken mixture into 4 burger patties.
- 3Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- 4Cook the chicken patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- 5Toast the burger buns lightly.
- 6Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
- 7Top with lettuce, a slice of tomato, and chopped chives.
- 8Place the cooked chicken patty on top of the vegetables.
- 9Season with a pinch of salt.
- 10Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the patty.
- 11Add a generous handful of nacho chips on top of the cheese.
- 12Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
