Ingredients
- 12 piece chicken breast(400g)
- 22 cup orzo pasta(340g)
- 30.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes(60g)
- 40.75 cup parmesan cheese(75g)
- 51 cup cream(240g)
- 62 cup spinach(60g)
- 72 tablespoon olive oil(27g)
- 81 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 90.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2Cook orzo pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- 3In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- 4Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach to the skillet and cook until spinach is wilted.
- 5Stir in cream and half of the parmesan cheese. Mix in the cooked orzo pasta.
- 6Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
- 7Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- 8Let cool slightly before serving.
