Strawberry Banana Coconut Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 110 oz Strawberries(283g)
- 21 cup Evaporated coconut milk(240g)
- 31 Banana(120g)
Instructions
- 1Wash and hull the strawberries.
- 2Peel the banana and slice it.
- 3Freeze the strawberries and banana until solid.
- 4Add the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, and evaporated coconut milk to a blender or food processor.
- 5Blend until smooth and creamy.
- 6Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
- 7Scoop and serve as ice cream.
