Goat Cheese, Fig Jam, Bacon, and Date Appetizer Crackers
Ingredients
- 10.5 cup goat cheese(100g)
- 212 crackers (preferably with seeds and nuts)(120g)
- 30.25 cup fig jam(80g)
- 46 slice bacon(90g)
- 512 dates(60g)
- 62 tablespoon honey(40g)
- 712 leaf fresh basil(6g)
Instructions
- 1Cook bacon slices until crispy and set aside.
- 2Mix goat cheese until smooth.
- 3Spread goat cheese onto each cracker.
- 4Add a small spoonful of fig jam on top of the goat cheese.
- 5Place a piece of crispy bacon and a small date on each cracker.
- 6Drizzle a little honey over each cracker.
- 7Top each cracker with a fresh basil leaf.
- 8Arrange on a plate and serve immediately to prevent sogginess.
