Ingredients

  • 10.5 cup goat cheese(100g)
  • 212 crackers (preferably with seeds and nuts)(120g)
  • 30.25 cup fig jam(80g)
  • 46 slice bacon(90g)
  • 512 dates(60g)
  • 62 tablespoon honey(40g)
  • 712 leaf fresh basil(6g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook bacon slices until crispy and set aside.
  2. 2Mix goat cheese until smooth.
  3. 3Spread goat cheese onto each cracker.
  4. 4Add a small spoonful of fig jam on top of the goat cheese.
  5. 5Place a piece of crispy bacon and a small date on each cracker.
  6. 6Drizzle a little honey over each cracker.
  7. 7Top each cracker with a fresh basil leaf.
  8. 8Arrange on a plate and serve immediately to prevent sogginess.
