High-Protein Chicken Spinach Artichoke Dip

- 12 cup shredded cooked chicken(280g)
- 21 cup plain Greek yogurt(245g)
- 31 cup cottage cheese (blended until smooth)(210g)
- 41 cup spinach (cooked or thawed from frozen)(180g)
- 51 can artichoke hearts (drained), chopped(240g)
- 60.75 cup shredded mozzarella(84g)
- 70.33 cup grated parmesan(33g)
- 81 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
- 90.5 teaspoon onion powder(1.5g)
- 100.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 110.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- 2In a large bowl, mix the blended cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3Stir in the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, and grated parmesan.
- 4Portion the mixture into single-serve containers or a baking dish.
- 5Top with shredded mozzarella.
- 6Microwave or bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 8 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and the dip is heated through.
