  • 12 russet potatoes(700g)
  • 20.33 cup heavy cream(80g)
  • 31 tablespoon sour cream(15g)
  • 42 garlic cloves(10g)
  • 50.25 cup grated Parmesan(25g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 70.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Peel and dice the russet potatoes.
  2. 2Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender.
  3. 3Drain and return potatoes to the pot.
