Parmesan Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 12 russet potatoes(700g)
- 20.33 cup heavy cream(80g)
- 31 tablespoon sour cream(15g)
- 42 garlic cloves(10g)
- 50.25 cup grated Parmesan(25g)
- 60.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 70.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Peel and dice the russet potatoes.
- 2Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender.
- 3Drain and return potatoes to the pot.
- 4Mash the potatoes.
- 5Stir in heavy cream, sour cream, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- 6Mix until smooth and creamy.
