Ingredients
- 115 breakfast sausage links(450g)
- 22 can crescent rolls(454g)
- 32 cup shredded cheddar cheese(226g)
- 46 eggs(300g)
- 51.5 cup milk(360g)
- 60.5 teaspoon kosher salt(3g)
- 70.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2Cook the breakfast sausage links according to package instructions.
- 3Wrap each cooked sausage link in a crescent roll triangle.
- 4Arrange the wrapped sausages in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 5Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the wrapped sausages.
- 6In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- 7Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausages and cheese in the baking dish.
- 8Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- 9Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
