Ingredients

  • 18 Green chilies(80g)
  • 21 cup Yogurt(245g)
  • 30.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon Cumin seeds(1g)
  • 51 tablespoon Oil(14g)

Instructions

  1. 1Wash and slit the green chilies lengthwise.
  2. 2Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  4. 4Add the green chilies and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. 5Add salt and mix well.
  6. 6Turn off the heat and let the chilies cool slightly.
  7. 7Add the sautéed chilies to the yogurt and mix well.
  8. 8Serve chilled or at room temperature.
