Dahi Mirchi (Yogurt Chili)
Ingredients
- 18 Green chilies(80g)
- 21 cup Yogurt(245g)
- 30.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 40.5 teaspoon Cumin seeds(1g)
- 51 tablespoon Oil(14g)
Instructions
- 1Wash and slit the green chilies lengthwise.
- 2Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 3Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 4Add the green chilies and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- 5Add salt and mix well.
- 6Turn off the heat and let the chilies cool slightly.
- 7Add the sautéed chilies to the yogurt and mix well.
- 8Serve chilled or at room temperature.
