- 52 tablespoon Butter(28g)
- 62 tablespoon Erythritol (or keto sweetener)(24g)
- 71 teaspoon Vanilla extract(4g)
- 80.5 cup Strawberries(75g)
- 90.5 cup Blueberries(74g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- 2Roughly chop the mixed nuts and combine with shredded coconut, chia seeds, and almond flour in a large bowl.
- 3Melt the butter and mix with erythritol and vanilla extract.
- 4Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- 5Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- 7Let the granola cool completely, then mix in chopped strawberries and blueberries.
