  • 102 tablespoon milk (for soaking)(30g)

Instructions

  1. 1Mix the batter directly in a 420 ml jar.
  2. 2Add the egg, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and milk chocolate pieces to the jar and stir until smooth.
  3. 3Screw the lid onto the jar.
  4. 4Prepare a water bath by lining a pot with a towel, placing the jar inside, and filling the pot halfway with hot water.
  5. 5Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover the pot, and cook the cake in the water bath for 30–35 minutes.
