- 40.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 51 teaspoon Mustard(5g)
Instructions
- 1Place the egg, lemon juice, salt, and mustard in a blender or food processor.
- 2Blend for a few seconds to combine.
- 3With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture thickens and emulsifies.
- 4Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 5Transfer the mayonnaise to a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
