  • 21.5 tablespoon water(22g)
  • 31 cup heavy whipping cream(240g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine 1.5 tablespoons of flavored gelatin powder with 1.5 tablespoons of water. Mix well.
  2. 2Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds until dissolved.
  3. 3Let the gelatin mixture cool for 10 minutes.
  4. 4Meanwhile, in a mixer, beat 1 cup of heavy whipping cream until it is still slightly runny.
