Ingredients

  • 12 box vanilla instant pudding mix(170g)
  • 22 cup cold milk(480g)
  • 38 ounce cream cheese(227g)
  • 414 ounce sweetened condensed milk(396g)
  • 51 tablespoon vanilla extract(13g)
  • 68 ounce whipped topping (Cool Whip)(227g)
  • 73 cup vanilla wafers(360g)
  • 83 bananas(360g)
  • 98 chessmen cookies(80g)
  • 102 tablespoon caramel sauce(40g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the vanilla instant pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until smooth and thickened. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  2. 2In another bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. 3Gently fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip) into the cream cheese mixture until light and airy.
  4. 4Carefully fold the cream cheese mixture into the chilled pudding mixture until fully combined.
  5. 5In a large baking dish, layer vanilla wafers on the bottom.
  6. 6Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the wafers.
  7. 7Add a layer of crumbled vanilla wafers, then repeat with another layer of pudding.
  8. 8After the second layer, add thinly sliced bananas and more crumbled wafers.
  9. 9Top with the final layer of pudding mixture.
  10. 10Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
  11. 11Before serving, decorate the top with chessmen cookies, additional vanilla wafers, banana slices, and a sprinkle of cookie crumbs.
