You'll Never Forget Me Banana Pudding
Ingredients
- 12 box vanilla instant pudding mix(170g)
- 22 cup cold milk(480g)
- 38 ounce cream cheese(227g)
- 414 ounce sweetened condensed milk(396g)
- 51 tablespoon vanilla extract(13g)
- 68 ounce whipped topping (Cool Whip)(227g)
- 73 cup vanilla wafers(360g)
- 83 bananas(360g)
- 98 chessmen cookies(80g)
- 102 tablespoon caramel sauce(40g)
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine the vanilla instant pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until smooth and thickened. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- 2In another bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 3Gently fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip) into the cream cheese mixture until light and airy.
- 4Carefully fold the cream cheese mixture into the chilled pudding mixture until fully combined.
- 5In a large baking dish, layer vanilla wafers on the bottom.
- 6Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the wafers.
- 7Add a layer of crumbled vanilla wafers, then repeat with another layer of pudding.
- 8After the second layer, add thinly sliced bananas and more crumbled wafers.
- 9Top with the final layer of pudding mixture.
- 10Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
- 11Before serving, decorate the top with chessmen cookies, additional vanilla wafers, banana slices, and a sprinkle of cookie crumbs.
- 12Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.
