Ingredients

  • 14 Pork chops(800g)
  • 20.5 cup Parmesan cheese(50g)
  • 34 cloves Garlic(16g)
  • 42 tablespoon Parsley(8g)
  • 52 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
  • 61 teaspoon Salt(5g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and olive oil.
  4. 4Spread the garlic Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each pork chop.
  5. 5Place pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
