Garlic Parmesan Roasted Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 14 Pork chops(800g)
- 20.5 cup Parmesan cheese(50g)
- 34 cloves Garlic(16g)
- 42 tablespoon Parsley(8g)
- 52 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
- 61 teaspoon Salt(5g)
- 70.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- 3In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and olive oil.
- 4Spread the garlic Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each pork chop.
- 5Place pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through and golden brown.
- 7Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
