- 6140 g milk(140g)
- 7190 g flour(190g)
- 810 g baking powder(10g)
Instructions
- 1Beat the egg with sugar, vanilla, oil, and salt.
- 2Add the milk and mix well.
- 3Sift in the flour and baking powder.
- 4Gently mix to form a smooth, slightly thick batter.
- 5Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- 6Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- 7Pour small portions of the batter into the pan.
- 8Cook until bubbles appear, then flip and brown the other side.
