Ingredients

  • 11 pack Pizza base mix(145g)
  • 280 ml Water(80g)
  • 31 bulb Garlic(40g)
  • 42 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
  • 5125 g Mozzarella cheese(125g)
  • 65 g Basil(5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. 2Cut the top off the garlic bulb, drizzle with oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 45 minutes.
  3. 3Mix pizza base mix with 80ml lukewarm water and knead for a few minutes.
  4. 4Let dough prove for 10 minutes.
  5. 5Roll out dough, brush lightly with oil, and bake at 200°C for 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6Pat mozzarella dry and slice thinly.
  7. 7Squeeze out roasted garlic and mash. Spread two-thirds of the garlic over the baked bread base.
  8. 8Top with mozzarella slices.
  9. 9Bake until edges are golden and cheese is melted.
  10. 10Sprinkle with torn basil leaves and serve warm.
