Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

Ingredients

• 11 lb large fresh strawberries(454g)
• 28 oz cream cheese, softened(227g)
• 30.33 cup powdered sugar(40g)
• 41 teaspoon vanilla extract(5g)
• 52 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs(16g)

Instructions

1. 1Hull the strawberries and cut a small well in each.
2. 2In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. 3Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into the strawberries.
4. 4Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
