Ingredients

  • 1250 ml cold whipping cream(250g)
  • 2200 g dulce de leche(200g)
  • 3150 g cocoa powder 50%(150g)
  • 470 g Nutella(70g)
  • 550 g crushed peanuts(50g)
  • 62 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped(24g)

Instructions

  1. 1Place the cold whipping cream, dulce de leche, cocoa powder, and Nutella in a mixer.
  2. 2Start mixing on low speed to combine, then increase the speed and beat for about 2 minutes until the cream doubles in volume and becomes firm.
  3. 3Add the crushed peanuts and chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
  4. 4Mix quickly just to incorporate.
