- 2200 g dulce de leche(200g)
- 3150 g cocoa powder 50%(150g)
- 470 g Nutella(70g)
- 550 g crushed peanuts(50g)
- 62 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped(24g)
Instructions
- 1Place the cold whipping cream, dulce de leche, cocoa powder, and Nutella in a mixer.
- 2Start mixing on low speed to combine, then increase the speed and beat for about 2 minutes until the cream doubles in volume and becomes firm.
- 3Add the crushed peanuts and chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
- 4Mix quickly just to incorporate.
- 5The filling is ready to use in cakes and desserts.
