Sugar-Free Banana Brownie
Ingredients
- 12 banana(240g)
- 21 egg(50g)
- 33 tablespoon plant-based milk(45g)
- 42 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder(12g)
- 54 tablespoon oat flour(32g)
- 62 tablespoon ground almonds(14g)
- 71 teaspoon liquid vanilla extract(5g)
- 80.5 teaspoon stevia(1g)
- 940 g dark chocolate (70-85% cacao)(40g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- 2Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- 3Add the egg and mix well.
- 4Pour in the plant-based milk and vanilla extract, and stir to combine.
- 5Add the oat flour, ground almonds, cocoa powder, and stevia. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
- 6Chop the dark chocolate and fold it into the batter.
- 7Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking dish.
- 8Bake for 15 minutes in the oven, or microwave for 6-7 minutes until set.
- 9Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
