  • 33 tablespoon plant-based milk(45g)
  • 42 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder(12g)
  • 54 tablespoon oat flour(32g)
  • 62 tablespoon ground almonds(14g)
  • 71 teaspoon liquid vanilla extract(5g)
  • 80.5 teaspoon stevia(1g)
  • 940 g dark chocolate (70-85% cacao)(40g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. 2Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. 3Add the egg and mix well.
  4. 4Pour in the plant-based milk and vanilla extract, and stir to combine.
  5. 5Add the oat flour, ground almonds, cocoa powder, and stevia. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
  6. 6Chop the dark chocolate and fold it into the batter.
