Ingredients

  • 13 Potatoes(600g)
  • 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
  • 30.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
  • 40.25 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon Paprika(2g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. 2Wash and peel the potatoes.
  3. 3Slice each potato thinly, but not all the way through, to create an accordion effect.
  4. 4Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Brush the potatoes with olive oil, making sure it gets between the slices.
  6. 6Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and paprika evenly over the potatoes.
  7. 7Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  8. 8Serve hot.
