Crispy Accordion Potatoes
Ingredients
- 13 Potatoes(600g)
- 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
- 30.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 40.25 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 50.5 teaspoon Paprika(2g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- 2Wash and peel the potatoes.
- 3Slice each potato thinly, but not all the way through, to create an accordion effect.
- 4Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 5Brush the potatoes with olive oil, making sure it gets between the slices.
- 6Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and paprika evenly over the potatoes.
- 7Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
- 8Serve hot.
