Ingredients

  • 12 piece pork shoulder(600g)
  • 22 bottle Yakult(130g)
  • 31 bottle water(65g)
  • 41 bottle soy sauce(65g)

Instructions

  1. 1Pan-fry the pork shoulder pieces over low heat until golden on both sides.
  2. 2Add Yakult, soy sauce, and water, using the Yakult bottles to measure the liquids.
  3. 3Bring to a gentle boil, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes, flipping the pork halfway through.
  4. 4Remove the lid and cook on high heat until the sauce thickens.
