- 12 piece pork shoulder(600g)
- 22 bottle Yakult(130g)
- 31 bottle water(65g)
- 41 bottle soy sauce(65g)
Instructions
- 1Pan-fry the pork shoulder pieces over low heat until golden on both sides.
- 2Add Yakult, soy sauce, and water, using the Yakult bottles to measure the liquids.
- 3Bring to a gentle boil, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes, flipping the pork halfway through.
- 4Remove the lid and cook on high heat until the sauce thickens.
